J1SWeb FAQs

1. Is J1SWeb going out of business?  No.  J1SWeb.com will continue to be operated as a separate business unit by Frog Productions.
2. Will I have to move my web site?  No.  All J1SWeb clients will continue to be hosted in the same place with support for all hosted sites provided by Frog Productions.
3. Who do I call for web site changes and updates?  Call Frog Productions at 517-796-8151 or email [email protected].
4. Will my billings be from J1SWeb?  Yes. Frog will continue billing from J1SWeb as in the past.  Payments may be made via Pay Pal on the J1SWeb.com web site or should be mailed to J1SWeb, 950 W Monroe G-100, Jackson, MI, 49202.
5. What if my web site is not hosted by J1SWeb?  Frog Productions will provide web site services and changes for all clients who are hosted by J1SWeb.  If your web site is not hosted by J1SWeb and you want web site services and changes to be made by Frog, your web site would have to be moved to J1SWeb hosting.
6. What will I be charged for web site changes and updates?  The charges for changes and updates are listed on the J1SWeb.com site.  If you have questions, call 517-796-8151 or email [email protected] for a price quote.
7. Does Frog provide services in addition to those offered by J1SWeb.com?  Yes.  Here are some of the services that you may want to consider as your business grows and/or needs change:

• Mobile Web Sites and Responsive Design which optimizes your web site content on all sizes and types of mobile devices
• Internet based web sites (cloud-based) that can be changed and managed by you with no web site software on your computer.  Web sites can be updated from any phone, tablet, laptop, desktop or device that has an Internet browser and connection.
